I took a trip home to Australia recently, where I got to spend loads of time at my Jooce Bar. A love woman stopped by with samples of E3Live, a blue-green algae that promises all kinds of health benefits. I was mesmerized by how her skin and eyes GLOWED, and how passionate she was about this product. She gave me a few samples, but with all the traveling I was doing that month, I never got into a routine of using it.
While I was away, a friend had been staying at my place in LA. Guess what he left in the fridge for me to finish off upon my return? A bottle of E3Live! What are the chances?
I started adding it to my morning smoothies as a general kick of alkaline goodness. After about a week or two of regular use, I couldn’t help but notice I was processing information faster. I’m not talking extreme Limitless-style brain expansion, just subtle clues. There are many factors that could have contributed to this, such as lifting out of my cloud of jet lag after my month of travel, but perhaps the algae also played a role in it? Who knows… I will keep it up and see.
E3Live is an all-organic, nutrient-dense superfood containing over 65 vitamins, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids.
So, here is the latest creation my Vitamix is blending up this month:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 date (optional for the sweet tooth – the banana already adds some sweetness)
- flesh of half a fresh, young coconut (optional – skip this if you want to keep calories down)
- handful of baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 shot of E3 Live
- 1 cup filtered water
P.S This is not a sponsored post – I pay for my shots!
