Health Coaching with Melissa Ambrosini

For many, it can be pretty daunting to start making changes towards a healthier lifestyle, often seeming a lot harder than it needs to be, thanks to the plethora of health information and contradicting opinions that are all over the internet today.

This is when working with a health coach is ideal.

Through my own studies to become a holistic wellbeing coach, mainly at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I have been lucky enough to meet many amazing people in the field, including the ever-so-inspirational Melissa Ambrosini, who is today’s guest on Stay Stacked.

Melissa is an Australian holistic health and life coach, writer, blogger, speaker and self-love teacher. Melissa advocates a wholistic, balanced and integrative approach to healthy living. Through her blog, Path to Wellness, she shares a wealth of information to help women end their tortuous relationship with their body, regain confidence, achieve their optimal body weight and live a life they love.

I speak with Melissa about what working with a health coach involves, while she shares some suggestions on where to begin for basic maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.
