I was exactly the same not too long ago, and now thanks to all the reasons listed below by one of my heroes, Kris Carr, smoothies are a staple of my diet.

Over the past couple of years I’ve done loads of research and conducted plenty of smoothie experiments in the kitchen. With travel being such a huge part of my life, I’ve spent many hours in juice bars across the planet to keep me nourished on the go. I have such a deep appreciation for this new type of “fast food” which led me to opening Jooce Bar in Palm Cove, Australia.
Now, I want to share some of my favourite recipes with you.
